What Does the Triple Lock Mean?
1. Transparent Reporting
Charities meeting the Triple Lock standard prepare annual reports and financial statements in full compliance with the Charity SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice under FRS102). These reports are made publicly available on their websites, ensuring stakeholders can easily access and evaluate their financial accountability.

Your board has formally adopted the Guidelines for Charitable Organisations on Fundraising from the Public. You review and report annually on compliance.
