The Charity Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate the dedication, leadership and impact that define the charity sector. As the sector’s leading awards programme, they highlight the individuals, teams and organisations whose work is creating meaningful change in communities across Ireland.
From visionary trustees and inspiring fundraisers to dedicated finance professionals and outstanding corporate partners, the awards shine a light on the people and collaborations that strengthen our sector. More than an awards ceremony, the Charity Excellence Awards are a celebration of the commitment, professionalism and collective effort that drive the work of charities every day.

Voting opens on 15 September 2026.
The Charity Excellence Awards celebrate excellence across the sector. Although a Judging panel selects most award winners, the People's Choice Award may be the most meaningful, as it reflects the voice of the entire charity community.
Voting is officially open until 29 October! Submit your vote for your favourite shortlisted charity finalist this year. The charity with the most votes will be declared the winner, along with other winners, at the Charities Institute Ireland Gala Dinner on the 5th of November.
