Step 4:
Training on Guidelines
Trustees will need to ensure that appropriate support and training is provided to all staff, volunteers, contract workers and third-party agencies with a connection to or a role in fundraising from the public.
Third-party agencies must confirm in writing their awareness of the "Guidelines" and agree to follow them while carrying out any fundraising activity on behalf of your charity.
The Cii Academy offers a number of EFA certified training courses that may assist in your journey to compliance. Please note that these courses are not a requirement of signing up the "Guidelines".
