Danny Mansergh is the Head of Mercer Ireland’s Career and MMB Practices. His departments help clients with people related practices including benefits, reward and DEI strategy and implementation.
Danny has been working with Mercer and its sister company Marsh since 2003, occupying roles in Member Communications, Financial Advice, Pensions and Benefits Strategy.
His personal specialism is in DEI and in particular assisting clients with the calculation, analysis and remediation of their gender pay gaps. Danny sits on the Country Leadership Teams of Mercer and Marsh in Ireland. He has an MBA from UCD and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
