This award is designed to honour organisations that make exceptional supporter care and experience a top priority and recognises successful development and implementation of best-practice donor or supporter experiences, which aim to deepen donor engagement with beneficiaries, impact, and outcomes. Whether it brings them closer to the cause, maintains their interest, extends their support, or increases their lifetime value, the supporter experience should be exceptional in every way. The winning entries will demonstrate a deep understanding of donor insights integrated with organisational strategy, and the use of multi-channel engagement.
Applicable types of fundraising include, but are not limited to, major gifts, community fundraising, supporter events, digital campaigns, individual giving, grants, trusts and foundations, and corporate partnerships.
