Nominate an Animal Charity to Win €5,000 in Special Movement for Good Draw

Limited-time nominations open from 17th to 23rd February 2025

Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of the Benefact Group, is calling on the public to nominate their favourite animal charities for a chance to receive €5,000 as part of its Movement for Good Awards. The special Animals & Wildlife Draw opens for nominations today Monday, 17th February, running for just seven days until 23rd February 2025.

This special draw is dedicated to supporting charities in Ireland and the UK whose core purpose is the advancement of animal and wildlife welfare, including the prevention of cruelty to animals and the relief of suffering. With 10 awards of €5,000 each up for grabs, the more nominations a charity receives, the greater its chances of winning.

Nominations take less than a minute and can be submitted at a special (time sensitive) link: animal.movementforgood.com.

David Lane, Managing Director of Ecclesiastical Insurance, proudly part of the Benefact Group, commented:

"Animals and wildlife charities play a vital role in protecting and caring for vulnerable creatures. Through this special draw, we want to help them continue their incredible work. We encourage everyone to take a moment to nominate a charity close to their hearts—€5,000 can make a real difference. This funding can support rescue efforts, rehabilitation programmes, and vital conservation work, ensuring a better future for animals and wildlife in Ireland.”
