At Charities Institute Ireland we’re working hard to deliver our Vision 2022 objectives, one of which is to support members’ employee recruitment and retention challenges. Understanding what our sector offers is a good place to start on the journey to attracting new talent and retaining our people.
In March 2022, we undertook a sectoral survey of salaries and benefits for fundraising staff in partnership with BDO.
The purpose of the research is to inform senior managers within the Cii membership of current remuneration and rewards trends for fundraising staff.
