Cliona’s Foundation – Partnerships and Engagement Manager

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 depending on experience

Location: Cliona’s Foundation is based in Limerick, however this role is open to those who are interested in home based working as long as they are flexible to travel to the office and around the country as required.

Background Information:

Cliona’s Foundation is a National charity with their office in Limerick that provides financial assistance directly to parents of children with life-limiting or chronic complex care needs across Ireland to help with the non-medical expenses related to caring for their child.

Since its launch, Cliona’s Foundation has raised in excess of €2 million and has helped more than 800 families across 31 Counties. We believe that no family should have to face any added financial stress, when already struggling with the devastation and trauma of a seriously ill child. No other charity in Ireland offers financial support solely for non-medical costs which can amount to significant sums. Cliona’s Foundation relies 100% on income raised through a range of activities including events & fundraising, corporate donations, philanthropy & private donations and partnerships with other charities. A documentary series about the families we support will air on national television this year.

The Role:

Cliona’s Foundation now wishes to recruit a Partnerships and Engagement Manager to join its small but dedicated team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the ongoing success of Cliona’s strategic relationships with partners, and to make sure that they are capitalising on the opportunities presented by working with corporates who are committed and engaged to the Foundation’s mission. Cliona’s is keen to continue the development of these relationships, whilst also securing new partners across many different business sectors.

The Partnerships and Engagement manager will have demonstrable experience proactively cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships with key partners and donors to support fundraising success.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong and strategic relationship manager with excellent communications skills. You will be incredibly organised to manage a busy workload and meet agreed deadlines.
