JOB TITLE: Fundraising Administrator
LOCATION: Jigsaw National Office, Dublin City Centre.
REPORTING TO: Fundraising Manager
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Fundraising Administrator will hold responsibility for the day-to-day administrative support of the Fundraising function.
You will be central to the delivery and execution of Jigsaw’s Fundraising strategy. With the close support of your colleagues and our internal teams, you will support the development and execution of stand-out corporate fundraising, community fundraising, individual giving and trust and grant income strategies.
As a proactive self-starter, you will be keen to learn and will be open to a range to diverse tasks and responsibilities across areas such as internal and digital communications, financial reporting, donor relations, data management, social media management, events support, merchandise and stock management and much more. A good communicator with an eye for detail, you will work closely with a range of internal audiences all geared towards supporting our vision for Jigsaw to bring about an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and outgoing candidate to get involved across a range of areas to really help promote our mission, develop our fundraising, and position Jigsaw at the heart of the debate on Ireland’s youth mental health.
