Benefacts has released two new reports related to charitable giving and philanthropy in Ireland. The first Charitable Giving in Ireland 2020 explores the giving landscape in Ireland and points to a sharp decline in the percentage of households that give (down from 79% in 1987 to 38% in 2015).
The second report Institutional Philanthropy in Ireland looks at institutional giving in Ireland concluding that this type of giving is still in its infancy.
