Cii strategic partner CCI Executive Search has announced a new chapter for the firm, as Co-Founder and Director, Bruce Tait, retires after more than a decade and CCI officially becomes part of the OKC group.
Bruce founded CCI alongside Mary O’Kennedy in 2014, with a shared ambition to provide a specialist recruitment service dedicated to Ireland’s non-profit sector. Over the past 12 years, CCI has grown into a leading executive search and recruitment partner to charities, non-profits, arts & cultural organisations, educational institutions, philanthropic organisations and social enterprises across Ireland.
As Bruce retires, Mary, through OKC, has acquired his shareholding in CCI. Bruce’s experience, insight and commitment have played an important part in shaping CCI since its foundation, and the team are hugely grateful to him for his dedication and support and wish him every happiness in his retirement.
The change also marks a new chapter in the longstanding relationship between CCI and OKC, both of which are strategic partners of Cii. The two organisations have worked closely together for many years, sharing an office, collaborating regularly and drawing on each other’s respective knowledge and experience. CCI becoming officially part of the OKC group is a natural next step in that relationship.
While CCI’s ownership structure is changing, our Managing Director, Laura Patten, along with her dedicated team will continue to operate as a recruitment and executive search partner to the non-profit sector, while its closer relationship with OKC provides an opportunity to benefit from its aligned experience across the social impact and philanthropy sectors.
Cii looks forward to continuing to work in partnership with both CCI and OKC as they enter this next chapter.
