Charities Institute Ireland Welcomes Carol Jordan as Membership and Partnerships Lead

Charities Institute Ireland (Cii) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Jordan as Membership and Partnerships Lead, further strengthening our team at a time of continued growth and development for the organisation.

Carol brings close to 20 years’ experience in communications, stakeholder engagement and partnership development across both the corporate and charitable sectors. She has held senior marketing and communications roles within leading financial services organisations in Dublin and London, working with complex stakeholder environments and delivering strategic, audience‑led engagement programmes.

More recently, while living overseas, Carol spent four years leading advertising and corporate partnership strategy for an international women’s charitable organisation based in Germany. In this role, she worked closely with a wide network of partners across multiple markets, building long‑term relationships and supporting sustainable growth through collaboration. This combination of international experience, strategic communications expertise and values‑driven partnership work will strongly support Cii’s mission to serve, support and amplify Ireland’s charity sector.

Carol joins Cii at an exciting time we continue to enhance our membership offering, deepen engagement with members, and build strong, effective partnerships that support charities to achieve excellence, good governance and positive social impact.
