Charity Sector News |
The clock is ticking for entries to the 2025 Charity Excellence Awards, with the deadline set for Monday, 17 June. Charities Institute Ireland is encouraging all members to take this opportunity to celebrate the individuals, teams, and initiatives making a real difference in the sector.
Recognised as a highlight of the charity calendar, the Charity Excellence Awards honour the people and projects that embody dedication, creativity, and impact. From trailblazing fundraisers and inspiring campaigns to outstanding trustees, finance professionals, and corporate partners, these awards showcase the very best of our sector.
Open exclusively to members of Charities Institute Ireland, the awards are free to enter and offer national recognition for the work that often happens behind the scenes. The winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner on 2 October 2025 at the Round Room at the Mansion House in Dublin, following the announcement of finalists on 8 August.
Submitting an entry is simple. Charities can enter as many categories as they wish, with each requiring a short supporting statement of up to 1,000 words outlining how the nominee demonstrates excellence, commitment, and—in many cases—innovation. Entrants are encouraged to read the specific criteria for each category before submitting.
As the deadline approaches, organisations are urged not to miss out on this opportunity to raise their profile, acknowledge their teams, and inspire others with their story.
