Shared Island Leadership Forum

Cii and CO3 NI are launching a leadership programme for 50 senior leaders across Ireland, featuring strategic discussions, workshops, and networking events.

We are delighted to partner with CO3 Northern Ireland to develop this innovative programme to foster collaboration and build a network of senior leaders from diverse sectors, organisation size and locations on our shared island.  Delivered across four learning events, two in Belfast and two in Dublin, the programme will start in May 2025 and run through to January 2026, with a maximum of 50 participants, 25 from each jurisdiction.   Each event will cover strategic topics and key challenges facing our sector, with keynote speakers, panel discussions and workshop sessions to share experiences and identify common interests and build opportunities, whether that’s harnessing technology, influencing policy or developing new income strategies.

We will shortly launch the application process and, as places are very limited, we encourage senior leaders to engage as earlier as possible.  This is a leadership development programme, and an application fee will apply, along with a commitment to attend all four events to build a strong network and develop the forum’s future objectives.
