Each September, around World Cancer Research Day, we hold our national flag day bucket collections in cities, towns and villages throughout Ireland. Our national fundraising campaign raises funds to allow the support of cancer researchers working in 13 institutions across the island of Ireland, each trying to develop new and more effective ways to prevent, detect, treat and survive cancer.
