Charities Institute Ireland and OKC, supported by Business in the Community, are bringing together senior charity and business leaders for a focused morning conversation on what makes partnerships genuinely work.

This isn’t about glossy case studies or one-off sponsorships. It’s about the reality of collaboration — what helps charity–business partnerships thrive, where they can stumble, and how organisations on both sides can build relationships that are values-led, effective, and sustainable.

Through keynote insights, practical case studies, and panel discussions, the event will explore:

• How aligned values and shared goals shape successful partnerships
• What charities and businesses really need from each other
• How trust, clarity, and balance can be built — and rebuilt — over time
• The difference between short-term activity and long-term impact

The morning will be hosted and moderated by Sonya Lennon, social entrepreneur, business leader, and founder of WorkEqual. Sonya will open with a short keynote reflection on purpose, values, and partnership, and guide discussions throughout the session.
