This Masterclass will provide HR leaders with a structured, supportive space to work through real-world people challenges, build judgement in complexity, and learn from peers through reflective practice and action learning.
By the end of the session, participants will:
· Feel more confident navigating ambiguous and sensitive people issues
· Strengthen their judgement in complex situations where there are no easy answers
· Gain practical approaches for managing conflict, behaviour, and formal processes
· Develop insight into influencing culture and rebuilding trust after difficult moments
· Learn from peers facing similar challenges, reducing isolation and increasing perspective
· Leave with concrete actions they can apply in their own organisations
Participants work in small, facilitated groups exploring live themes such as conflict, blurred boundaries, complaints and investigations, culture dynamics, volunteer/staff relationships, digital power plays, and Board-level challenges. Focus on behaviours, stakeholder involvement, practical interventions, and reflective questioning.
The session will be facilitated by Mary Cullen and Insight HR colleagues with extensive HR experience, supporting group discussions and reflective learning throughout the day.
