Innovation is rarely in short supply across the nonprofit sector. Charities are full of motivated, resourceful people with ideas for doing things better. But turning those ideas into meaningful change can be challenging in organisations where governance, accountability and limited resources can understandably make risk feel difficult to embrace.
This Charities Institute Ireland Data Intelligence Network event will explore what it takes to create an environment where innovation can thrive - and how leaders can bring colleagues, boards and other stakeholders with them through change.
Through practical case studies and an expert panel, we’ll look beyond technology and data to the people and culture at the heart of successful innovation. Speakers will share their experience of building support for new ideas, overcoming resistance and creating the conditions for change to take hold.
