Session Overview: How to Ready Your Charity for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
The EU Pay Transparency Directive was brought into effect in June of this year, and will be transposed into Irish law soon. As you plan for 2027, complying with the EU Pay Transparency Directive should be on your agenda, and in this session, brought to you by Insight HR, we'll help you prepare.
The Directive will transform how charities attract talent, recruit, benchmark and categorise their workforces going forward, but it will also force charities to confront historical pay inequalities. Employers must be able to demonstrate that differences in pay are based on objective, gender-neutral criteria and the best way to do this is with a robust and objective framework for evaluating jobs.
Throughout the course of this 90 minute session, our expert specialists will take you through your obligations under the Directive; explain how to create a job evaluation framework and how to communicate it to your employees; and we’ll provide you with the tools and resources you’ll need to ready yourself for the inevitable and ensure your organisation’s pay decisions are fairer and more equitable to all.
