Kevin founded Academy Street Workshop to help amazing people build stronger organisations that achieve great things. Kevin’s nonprofit adventures have led him to speak on stages and in spaces to fundraisers, volunteers, board members and leaders in: Oslo, London, Rome, Amsterdam, Nashville, Navan, Lisbon, Dublin and more. He is a much sought after nonprofit trainer and lectures on the Certificate in Fundraising for Charities Institute Ireland. He holds a Diploma in Fundraising Management and is a qualified LEGO Serious Play facilitator.

Cathy White. Community Fundraising Manager at Laura Lynn
Cathy has over 10 years experience in fundraising, including eight years with LauraLynn Children’s Hospice. She joined the organisation as a Fundraising Support Administrator and has since progressed to the role of Community Fundraising Manager. During her time at LauraLynn, she has contributed to the growth of the community fundraising programme, both in team development and income generation. Cathy has a strong interest in online and virtual fundraising, as well as the continued return and impact of in-person events.
Tracy Power, Fundraising Manager, ARC Cancer Centres
Tracy has worked in the charity sector for almost 24 years. In that time she has worked with the Irish Cancer Society, Irish Heart Foundation, Irish Hospice Foundation and currently with ARC Cancer Support Centres for the past nine years. She works continuously in event management and community fundraising as a core part of her role. Tracy has a strong interest in managing relationships, cultivating donor retention and ensuring fundraising targets are met in her front facing role.
Jill O’Herlihy, Head of Growth, iDonate
Jill has worked in the fundraising sector for 15 years. Her experience spans working in house as Head of Fundraising in Mental Health Ireland to launching the tech platform GivePanel. In this role Jill worked with the largest charities in the US, UK and Australia supporting them with virtual fundraising. As Head of Growth at iDonate, Jill works closely with the charity sector and beyond to ensure campaigns are successful and to communicate our messaging to wider audiences.
