Charities Institute Ireland is hosting an informal morning roundtable for CEOs who are within their first two years in post. This will be a small, supportive gathering—an intimate group of up to 15 CEOs—designed to create honest, meaningful conversation. There will be no presentations and no formal agenda; just space to talk openly about the real challenges and early wins that come with stepping into a CEO role. 

Hosted by Áine Myler, CEO, Charities Institute Ireland, the discussion will be shaped entirely by those in the room, touching on whatever matters most, such as: 

• Working effectively with boards 
• Managing competing priorities and expectations 
• Leading teams and shaping organisational culture 
• Balancing strategic vision with day-to-day demands 
• Building confidence in decision-making 
• Finding support and avoiding isolation in the role 

The focus is on peer connection and shared experience. A few more established CEOs will also join to offer informal insights and encouragement.
