Building and maintaining an effective board relationship is one of the most important and often most challenging aspects of nonprofit leadership. In this exclusive CEO only session, Gerry Egan will explore how charity leaders can build stronger, more strategic boards through strategic board recruitment and induction, better planning, clearer communication, focused workplans, and effective agenda setting. The session will also examine how CEOs can anticipate governance challenges before they escalate and create the conditions for productive board engagement and decision making.
Taking place at the Stephen's Green Club on 23 June from 1pm to 3pm, this confidential session will be held under Chatham House Rules and will include facilitated roundtable discussions, giving CEOs the opportunity to openly share experiences, challenges, and practical insights with peers in a trusted environment.
