On Wednesday, April 9th, let's come together to raise awareness of the isolation faced by people living with sight loss, and take action to create a more connected, inclusive community. Many people with sight loss experience barriers to social interaction, increasing the risk of loneliness, but together, we can make a difference! Host an event, big or small, and bring people together! Hold a coffee morning, quiz night, sponsored walk, football match, art class, music event, storytelling session, fitness challenge, or something completely unique. Get creative, bring people together, and encourage donations to support Vision Ireland's vital work. We'll provide fundraising packs and promotional materials, so all you need to do is choose your idea, set a time and place, and invite your community. Every event, no matter the size, helps raise awareness and much needed funds to support those living with sight loss. Whether you gather a few friends or rally a whole crowd, get involved, fundraise, and have fun. Let's make April 9th unforgettable!
