Outsourcing is one of the biggest risks for organisations attempting to comply with Data Protection. GDPR places more stringent requirements when a Data Controller is choosing a Data Processor. Both sides need to know their obligations.
This online course sets out how to determine whether you are dealing with another Data Controller, a Joint Controller or a ‘Data Processor’. It also includes what you need to do to ensure that you do not pay the price for your processors’ mistakes, and why some organisations already have.
Attend this invaluable event to hear from one of Ireland’s leading experts in Information Privacy. This workshop will discuss the important data protection issues that are faced by Irish charities and ensure that you and your team are fully up to date with the latest developments in data protection with a focus on broadening your understanding of processor agreements.
