•  From the UK’s Show the Salary movement to the recent commitment on salary transparency made by the Association of Fundraising professionals in Canada, there is a global movement to end discriminatory practices in not for profit recruitment. Bruce Tait from CCI Executive Search explains why the demand for salary transparency is growing and how Irish non-profits can benefit from adopting its principles in their own recruitment.
