Overview
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, this newly created role presents an incredible opportunity to be part of the team to deliver the ambitious Fundraising Strategy of a large multi-faceted organisation in this important space. As the organisation is in a period of transformative growth, it is an exciting time to join!
This position will be responsible for managing and stewarding a portfolio of current corporate supporters, as well as identifying and cultivating new prospective partners and major donors. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining partnerships with corporate supporters through donations, sponsorship opportunities, employee fundraising, and events, in order to grow income.

Requirements
· A qualification in a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
· Excellent relationship management skills with proven experience in donor, account, or customer management.
· A great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to present to people with confidence.
· A self-starter who can work on own initiative, with the ability to problem solve and create efficiencies when possible
· Strong business and commercial acumen
· Passion for animal welfare and the mission of the DSPCA
· Proven ability to work well in a team and manage both internal & external stakeholders
· Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Terms
· Permanent, Full-time role 35hours pw.
· Hybrid working policy – 3 days on site required, Rathfarnham Dublin 16
