  • Develop and execute AADI's digital fundraising strategy across all online channels, ensuring income targets are met and exceeded.
  • Plan and manage innovative digital fundraising challenges, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, and other online activations to engage supporters and increase revenue.
  • Identify and leverage emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance AADI's fundraising efforts.
  • Optimise existing digital campaigns, such as Sponsor A Puppy, Digital Challenges, and Direct to Donate, ensuring continuous growth and donor engagement.

Digital Engagement & Community Building

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture AADI's online donor community.
  • Work closely with the communications team to ensure fundraising messaging is compelling and aligned with AADI's brand.
  • Develop retention strategies to convert one-time digital donors into recurring supporters, optimising engagement across email, social, and paid media.
  • Optimise the user experience for donors across digital platforms, ensuring ease of donation and supporter engagement.

Website & Digital Advertising

  • Manage and optimise AADI's website for fundraising conversions, ensuring best practices in SEO, user experience, and donor journey.
  • Develop and oversee digital advertising strategies, including Meta, Google Ads, PPC, and retargeting campaigns, to drive traffic and maximise conversions.
  • Ensure strong data-driven decision-making by implementing and analysing A/B testing, donor behaviour analytics, and conversion tracking.

Social Media & Email Fundraising

  • Lead on paid and organic digital fundraising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, growing reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute email fundraising campaigns, ensuring personalised, compelling, and well-segmented supporter communications.
  • Create and manage digital content that drives donor engagement and fundraising participation.

Data, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital fundraising performance, identifying key insights and areas for growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns, improve donor retention, and increase conversion rates.
  • Work with the fundraising team to integrate digital efforts into broader fundraising strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective donor journey.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with digital influencers, corporate sponsors, and third-party fundraising platforms to expand AADI's digital reach.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to enhance digital fundraising efforts.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other fundraising team members to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with the Head of Fundraising & Communications, Corporate Partnerships Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator to identify digital needs and create tailored strategies for growth.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Two or more years' experience in digital fundraising, digital marketing, or a similar role within the non-profit sector.
