Helium Arts is dedicated to improving the lives of young people with lifelong physical health conditions through creativity and the arts. We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to support the development and implementation of our internal monitoring and evaluation processes. This role is essential to ensuring that Helium Arts' programmes achieve their intended outcomes and continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants. The M&E Coordinator will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on programme implementation and impact and helping to refine and improve programme delivery based on insights.
The Coordinator will be flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload and will have a robust knowledge of impact measurement processes. This role will entail intermittent travel to regional locations across the country.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator is a new role and will support the organisation in its next phase of scale and growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join Helium Arts at an exciting point in the organisation's development where the successful candidate will be making a significant contribution.
