Primary Location: 16 Mount Street Lower, Dublin 2. A blended approach of Remote/Office based work. An expectation that the successful candidate will work at least 1 day per week in the office.

The Role
OKC seeks an organised, enthusiastic Admin & Client Support Officer (maternity cover contract – initial 6 months) to join the team on a 3-day week (21 hrs). The role will focus on providing administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and management team and assistance to our clients. The post-holder will undertake general administrative tasks, ensuring the OKC team has adequate support to enable efficient and effective con-sultancy. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration, office management, communications, research, and/or operations, with a keen interest in the not-for-profit sector, philanthropy and enabling or-ganisations to deliver their programmes effectively. This role is ideally suited to an individual with 1-2 years of ex-perience in a similar administration, operations, or client support role. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector, working closely with our small but impactful team across a range of clients.
