The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Digital Retail Executive to play a pivotal role in revolutionising the way sustainable shopping is perceived and accessed by consumers.

This newly created role will be at the forefront of transforming Oxfam Ireland digital presence, ensuring that our diverse range of products, from pre-loved clothes and vintage gems to homewares and wedding dresses, is showcased effectively online, enhancing customer and donor engagement and accessibility.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective digital strategies that align with organisational goal across web, social and search.
• Understanding of e-commerce management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Competence in using analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics and customer behaviour insights.
• Experience in overseeing the creation of digital content.
