The Saint John of God Foundations (one in Ireland, one in Northern Ireland, both managed out of Dublin) are part of a global group that delivers healthcare in over 40 countries in Africa, Europe, North America, South America and Australia. The Foundations are responsible for raising funds for healthcare work in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Malawi and eight countries in West Africa through raising money in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands. The Foundations raise over €5.0m per year mainly from over 32,000 regular monthly donors.

The Foundations are now seeking to expand its fundraising income with the following key objectives:

1. Increase the base of regular giving.
2. Increase the level of cash / appeal giving.
3. Maximise the return from tax-efficient giving programmes.
4. Increase the proportion of regular and appeal income delivered online.

The successful candidate will be responsible for an investment budget of €0.75m.
