Reporting to the Financial Accountant Group, the Finance Assistant Group will assist with the day to day financial operation of NCBI Group, Services & Vision Sports companies. At times assistance may be sought for other tasks in the finance function as directed by the Financial Accountants or Financial Controller of Vision Ireland.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Bank Reconciliations for Group, Services & VSI Banks
  •  Posting of non-automated transactions to the banks
  • Weekly Bank Lodgements
  • Sales Invoices for HSE across nine CHOs (Community Health Organisations)
  • HSE Income tracking, monitoring and reconciliations
  • Pension Control Accounts processing
  • Assistance with journals processing in Sage
  • Fixed Asset Register maintenance
  • VAT Returns reporting
  • GL Accounts Analysis
  • Reports for HSE
  • Reports for Internal Stakeholders
  • Intercompany monitoring and journals
