Title: Legacy & In Memory Fundraising Manager
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week- hybrid working model
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary/Grade: €53,347 - €65,175 – Grade VI salary scale

Summary of the role:
LauraLynn are about to embark on a very ambitious fundraising strategy for the next 5 years. This is a very exciting time to join the fundraising team as we continue to invest and develop in Legacy and In Memory fundraising. Although LauraLynn is a 'young' charity, we believe that by generating engagement in legacies now, we're securing the future of our work and enhancing our ability to achieve our long-term goals.
The Legacy & In Memory Manager will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving and the wider fundraising team to develop and deliver LauraLynn's Legacy and In Memory fundraising strategy.
Using a mix of fundraising channels including direct marketing, social media, events and other relationship building initiatives, this role will help build and maintain a robust pipeline of Legacy and In Memory prospects and supporters to ensure the long term success of the programme.

Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:
· Minimum two years demonstrable and relevant management of legacy fundraising within the fundraising and/or commercial sector.
· Experience of liaising with solicitors and legal entities in relation to legacy fundraising.
· Experience of managing third party agencies.
· Demonstrable experience of championing legacy fundraising at an organisation level with excellent skills in educating, influencing and negotiating.
