Corporate Engagement Manager

Permanent Contract, 39 hours

Park West, Dublin

 

Job Purpose

To oversee, deliver and work to maximise income from corporate donors, sponsors and partners. This will involve developing existing and new relationships with donors and potential donors, developing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage and track progress ensuring that this important income stream grows year on year.

 

Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • 4+ years proven experience in a corporate/fundraising environment with substantial experience in developing and building relationships with corporate partners, sponsors and senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educated to degree level in business, marketing, sales or a related discipline.
  • Experience of developing corporate volunteering programmes and managing corporate volunteers.
  • Proven experience of Salesforce CRM or similar products.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the corporate prospect pipeline to generate new income generating partnerships, cultivating new corporate partnerships which are a strategic fit for Rehab Group to include planning and designing a targeted contact strategy and an innovative and personalised suite of communications for target corporates, utilising and building on materials used across Rehab Group.
  • Develop and create relevant, professional and inspiring marketing collateral, as well as engaging applications, proposals and presentations for pitches for potential corporate partners.
  • Lead the governance and reporting function of the internal CRM system (Salesforce) to include ensuring corporate donor data is accurately recorded in order to support an effective corporate relationship management programme.
  • Deliver annual event/s targeted at new corporate supporters at a national and local level (including one-to one meetings, receptions, events at Rehab Group centres across Ireland).

 

Additional Requirements

  • Access to a car / full clean, driving license.
  • Willingness to attend fundraising events/activities outside of normal working hours, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • A good working knowledge of CSR/ESG objectives.
  • Proven experience working as part of a small team in fundraising/ sales with substantial experience in developing corporate income channels and delivering financial targets.
  • Experience and a proven track record as a team lead or management position within a charity or a not-for-profit organisation.
