The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Telemarketing Coordinator to join our Fundraising team. The role is based in our Dublin offices, with the possibility to work remotely part of the week.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Solid project and people management experience, within the NGO or private sector
  • Proven understanding of fundraising and the telemarketing channel
  • Strong experience working with databases and software systems and attention to detail
  • Experience of managing complex and conflicting deadlines and multi-tasking, within a target driven environment
  • Experienced in coaching, developing and managing people, within high performing teams
