Contract: permanent  

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: €35,909 - €43,066 per annum

This is an exciting new role working in Oxfam Ireland's Digital Team. The Social Media & Content Executive will contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of an evolving digital content strategy for Oxfam Ireland to maximise brand awareness, engagement, sentiment and meaningful engagement across our website and social networks.

To this end, the Social Media & Content Executive will contribute to the implementation of a strategic and tactical digital content and engagement programme to support key organisational priorities around our network of shops, our fundraising and marketing initiatives and our communication and campaign activities.

  • Third level qualification in Digital Communications, Marketing or a related field with relevant experience in a Social Media /Content production or Online Community Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience of social media and experience in using social channels to achieve meaningful online engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills and a proven track record of developing creative, multi-channel social campaigns to drive reach and engagement.
  • Experience using content scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Experience in content production for social media across a range of medium.
