Culture House is an ambitious new cultural and civic destination at the heart of the Swords Cultural Quarter. Scheduled to open in 2027, the landmark €40 million development will bring together a flagship library, 165-seat studio theatre, gallery, makerspaces, rehearsal and arts spaces, café and flexible civic spaces, creating a welcoming place for creativity, learning, performance, participation and connection.

The inaugural Executive Director will provide the artistic, strategic, operational and financial leadership required to bring Culture House from development into successful operation. Reporting to the Board and working closely with Fingal County Council and other partners, they will shape the organisation's identity and programme, build its team, systems and partnerships, and establish a sustainable operating model. The role will also include oversight of the refurbished Carnegie Library building as an additional space for cultural, artistic, educational and community activity.
