Helium is seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised person to fulfil the role of Digital Transformation Manager. This role will play a key role in supporting Helium to deliver its most strategic ambitions to date, in line with our values to be impact driven, visionary and authentic. Throughout a three year project duration, the role of Digital Transformation Manager is a key position, project managing and leading the design of a future-state digital architecture, integrating Finance, HR, Board Management and Governance / Compliance / Risk systems with HubSpot and Xero. Activities include process re-engineering, integration planning, security protocol design, consideration of AI-enabled tools and opportunities for automation, and development of a Change Management and Training Plan. As Digital Transformation Manager, you will be a champion for digital transformation, innovation and technology enablement, including the effective and responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools. You will work closely with all teams to understand their needs, drive effective use of technology and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and ways of working. As a member of the Operations Team, you will support Helium to deliver its impact effectively. The Head of Operations will provide oversight, support and guidance. This four day a week position can be delivered remotely with occasional in-person meetings in the Mullingar office or Dublin. Travel to the Mullingar office will be required at least once a quarter for employee away days.

Terms of Employment
Contract: Three Years
Probation: 6 months
Hours: 4 days/32 hours a week with flexible working hours.
Salary: €37,350 gross per annum, part-time (€46,687FTE)
Annual Leave: 16 days (4 weeks FTE) per year
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Location: Hybrid and flexible working arrangement, working remotely with quarterly in-person team meetings required in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
Eligibility to Work in Ireland: Applicants must be based in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland for the full duration of the contract.
Start Date: 1st December 2026
NB: The designated place of work is the Mullingar Office, with approximately a minimum of one day a quarter travel required to Mullingar. Travel to the designated place of work is not considered expendable by the employee.
