The Mercy Foundation is seeking an ambitious and strategic fundraising leader to drive the next phase of our growth and impact. Reporting to the Chief Executive and serving as a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Fundraising will lead the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of the Foundation's fundraising strategy, ensuring the achievement of ambitious income targets and the sustainable growth of fundraising performance.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for leading and developing a high-performing fundraising team, overseeing all fundraising activity, managing budgets and resources effectively, and ensuring that fundraising policies, systems, and practices support excellence across the organisation. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong operational leadership and will work collaboratively across the Foundation to help shape and deliver our future direction while supporting Mercy University Hospital through transformational fundraising initiatives.
