The Role

The post holder will be responsible for the creation and implementation of an end-to-end strategy to build and retain our key Regular Giving segment to optimise all island income, return and net growth. Responsibility for all other RG recruitment and retention workplans including the Face to Face, Telemarketing workplans as a shared service to enhance income across key fundraising activities.

Personal Specification

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of fundraising and marketing strategy, segment-led fundraising and marketing and donor/customer relationship management in a non-profit or commercial context.
  • Extensive management experience and experience in project management and rollout in a cross-functional setting.
  • Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a matrixed environment and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Negotiation skills and relationship management internally and externally and demonstrated track record of driving collaborative working culture across teams.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think and operate innovatively and strategically.
  • Strong ability to lead on the recruitment, training, and performance management of F2F teams.
  • Demonstrated record of managing core telemarketing functions within the not-for-profit sector, and the monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the required metrics.
  • Strong background in campaigns-led supporter acquisition and supporter journeys.
  • Demonstrable experience and production of materials for varied audiences
