The Door-to-Door (D2D) Fundraising Campaign Manager plays a key operational leadership role in delivering Oxfam Ireland's face-to-face Regular Giving acquisition programme.

We are open to applications from candidates based in Cork, Limerick, Galway, Belfast or Dublin, reflecting our ambition to strengthen and grow our in-house fundraising programme across the island of Ireland.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help build and develop a new regional door-to-door fundraising team in Cork, Limerick, Galway or Belfast, while also contributing to the continued success of our established Dublin operation. Oxfam Ireland has successfully operated an in-house door-to-door fundraising programme in Dublin for many years, delivering sustainable growth in regular giving and developing strong fundraising talent. The successful candidate will benefit from this proven model, established systems, experienced leadership support, and organisational investment to help create a thriving regional team and build their own career.

Working closely with senior fundraising colleagues, the Campaign Manager will support the implementation of Oxfam Ireland's door-to-door acquisition strategy, oversee daily field operations, and ensure high-quality donor engagement, strong team performance, and adherence to compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety standards.

Whether based in Dublin or leading the expansion of our regional programme, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Oxfam Ireland's face-to-face fundraising operation.
