The Donor Development Officer supports the delivery of the Individual Giving programme by supporting planning and delivering production of campaigns that engage, retain, and develop existing individual donors. The role focuses on building long-term supporter relationships, increasing donor loyalty and lifetime value, and delivering effective stewardship and fundraising communications that generate sustainable income for MSF's humanitarian work.

 

Requirements

 

• Experience in Retention Fundraising (3 years), with a proven track record of delivering income targets

• Experience with warm campaigns, supporter journeys, and donor lifetime value.

• Experience with fundraising programmes (direct mail, email, telemarketing)

• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Experience working with agencies and suppliers

• Proficiency in CRM databases, Excel, and campaign reporting tools.

• Experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector desirable but not essential

• Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and a supporter-centric approach.
