Job Purpose:
GOAL is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Community Liaison Officer to support the delivery and growth of GOAL's flagship community fundraising initiatives, including GOAL Mile, Jersey Day, and school-based engagement campaigns. This role will play a key part in stewarding community organisers, strengthening relationships with schools and local stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality supporter experience. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with digital competence and operational efficiency.
Working as part of the Corporate, Community and Events Fundraising team, the Community Liaison Officer will contribute to income growth, supporter retention, and the continued expansion of GOAL's community fundraising portfolio.
**Please note a clean driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role**

Requirements
· Experience working with schools, community groups, and fundraising campaigns/events.
· Volunteer management experience.
· Knowledge of the Irish fundraising landscape.
· Strong relationship management and communication skills.
· CRM experience (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
· Familiarity with online fundraising platforms.
· Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Other Requirements
• Full clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak periods.
