If you are an experienced coordinator ready to tackle food waste and drive social inclusion within one of Ireland's fastest-growing social enterprises, this is the role for you.

About the Job

Volunteers are the beating heart of FoodCloud, driving our daily operational impact and financial sustainability. To support our growth, we are expanding our team with a Volunteer Coordinator (Corporate Focus). While you will provide flexible backup to the wider team during peak periods, your primary mandate is to scale and champion our Corporate Volunteer Programme.

As the face of FoodCloud for our network of 45+ corporate partners, you will be the vital operational bridge between incoming groups and our internal Hub and Kitchen teams. You will own the corporate relationship journey—delivering inspiring pitches to new partners, managing arrival logistics, and sharing impact data to drive long-term partner retention. Additionally, from July to November, you will lead our vital Gleaning events. This involves working directly with farm partners and managing volunteer groups in the fields to rescue surplus crops and directly address food insecurity.

Reporting to the Volunteer Manager as part of the Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Hub & Kitchen Operations, Communications, Marketing, and the Corporate Partnerships/Fundraising teams. Sound like the role for you? Read on to find out more;
