About the job:
This is a key role within Dublin Simon Community's fundraising team, focused on managing and growing income from major donors, trusts and foundations. The role offers the opportunity to build on an established base of relationships and funding and to identify opportunities to deepen engagement and increase long-term support.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of a defined portfolio of donors and funders, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement and delivery against agreed income targets. The role is also vital in developing compelling funding proposals aligned to organisational strategy and priorities, and in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support this work.
The position sits within a collaborative team environment with clear structures and support in place to develop and grow in the role. It will suit someone who is proactive, organised and motivated to have an impact on one of the biggest social issues of our time – homelessness.
