Schools Programme co-ordinator will be responsible for working with the Schools Engagement Manager on implementation of the programme and driving the growth of Camino for Cliona's
Main Duties
• Implement Cliona's existing Camino for Cliona's Transition Year Trips and Schools Engagement Programme.
• Deliver presentations to Transition Year students in schools all over Ireland (mainly in September, October and November) to recruit students to take part in Camino for Cliona's.
• Responsibility for the long-term management of the administration and logistics of Cliona's Camino for Cliona's Schools Engagement Programme via liaison with students, teachers and parents as well as the travel company who organises the trips.
• Reporting to the Schools Engagement Manager and working with the team including the Head of Fundraising to develop campaigns to drive awareness using a range of channels including digital, print and direct mail for the school's programme.
• Foster new school relationships and maintain strong relationships with existing schools.
• Ensure schools, students and their families are managed and supported effectively across the activation and delivery of Camino for Cliona's events.
• Development of partnerships for Camino for Cliona's and GAISCE opportunities.
• Regularly monitor and report on fundraising income and engagement across the Schools Programme.
• Assembly of fundraising packs in our office in Limerick
• Travel to Spain to lead Camino trips.
