Terms and Locations: Based in Dublin/Stillorgan with regular travel across Ireland
Fulltime (35 hours per week)

About St John of God Foundation
The St John of God Foundation supports vital health and social care services across Ireland and internationally. Our work focuses on improving the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges, disability, homelessness, and other vulnerabilities.
We are entering an ambitious period of growth, underpinned by a bold five-year fundraising strategy (2026–2030).
Our aim is to at least double our funds raised to €10 million per year. Our ambition is that this role will help us grow income delivered through digital initiatives to at least €0.6m per year by 2030.

As a highly skilled digital marketing expert, the successful candidate will champion the development of a suite of best-in-class email campaigns and digital acquisition programme across META.
Purpose of the Role and Key Areas of Responsibility
The Digital Fundraising Coordinator will play a lead role in advancing the organisation's digital fundraising by overseeing and delivering our online marketing initiatives and gathering best-in-class content.
Key objectives:
· Manage and deliver marketing activity across META
· Develop supporter email journeys and deliver regular email campaigns
· Gather and create content
As Digital Fundraising Coordinator you will:
● Develop and implement digital fundraising project plans aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives
● Work closely with the SJOG Foundation fundraising team and external partners to manage social media and email activity, to enhance online supporter experience, which will ultimately drive increases in both donor engagement and income
● Manage paid media campaigns across META, to support the activity of individual giving, community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and other fundraising streams as they are developed
● Engage with the IT and BI Team to ensure the use of CRM (Salesforce) and data management systems (Dot Digital, Fundraise Up, META) are aligned for tracking, reporting, and analysing fundraising activities and outcomes
● Collaborate with Fundraising colleagues to ascertain content gathering needs and take specific briefs to gather content for campaigns as required
● Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the whole SJOG Group to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on content
● Work closely with the Head of IG and Supporter Care to create and manage budgets for digital fundraising initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and tracking of financial performance
● Prepare and present results reporting for the Head of IG and Supporter Care for comprehensive reports on marketing and fundraising initiatives, highlighting key metrics and insights
Experience:
Digital fundraising experience is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate:
Knowledge:
· In-depth and up-to date understanding of META digital fundraising and marketing business accounts.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in fundraising and outreach.
Skills:
· Strong project management capabilities with expertise in creating and executing detailed project plans.
· Proficiency in digital content creation, META data analytics, and financial management.
· Experience in working to budget and resource allocation for fundraising initiatives.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong copywriting skills with experience in producing short-form content.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Criteria:
· 3rd level qualification in Digital Marketing, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
· Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing digital fundraising campaigns and marketing initiatives across Facebook Ads, and Instagram (META).
