The Role
The Care Trust is investing strategically in Individual Giving as a core income stream to support its mission and long-term sustainability. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for the development, planning and delivery of data-informed Individual Giving (IG) fundraising programmes.

The role will lead the design, testing and execution of multi-channel fundraising campaigns to acquire, engage and retain Supporters, while driving innovation in fundraising products, digital approaches and supporter journeys. The Individual Giving Manager will oversee the fundraising team, outsourced agencies and suppliers, manage targets and budgets and use data-driven insight to optimise performance and income growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Individual Giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Use data, segmentation and insight to optimise campaign performance and supporter engagement.
• Strengthen donor journeys, retention and regular giving activity.
• Identify and test new fundraising opportunities and approaches.
• Manage budgets, reporting and campaign analysis.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies and external partners.

About You

• Experience in Individual Giving, fundraising, direct marketing or campaign management.
• Strong data and analytical capability, including reporting and segmentation.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an understanding of donor engagement.
• Motivated by purpose-driven work and aligned with The Care Trust’s mission and values.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car required.
