We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our fundraising team in Ireland in the role of Income Generation Supervisor. You will support the Head of Income Generation in managing a team of Fundraising and Visitor Assistants. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the charity delivers excellent donor and visitor care to supporters across Ireland. You will ensure the consistent and efficient implementation of fundraising processes, tools, and communications to help nurture and grow the charity's supporter base. You will also ensure the Visitor Centre is optimally staffed and stocked, enabling strong, positive relationships to be built with the charity's supporters and visitors About you: About the role: Your principal duties and responsibilities will include – What we offer in return: Based at The Donkey Sanctuary Ireland, Knockardbane, Liscarroll this is a full-time, permanent contract working 39 hours per week. This is a hybrid working position, combining onsite and home working under our guiding principles for such roles. The working pattern and requirement for site attendance be agreed between the line manager and post-holder, currently anticipated to be four days per week on site and one day a week working from home.
