About the job
Mid-West Simon Community is a long-established and fast-growing charity working to end homelessness across Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary.
Following the development of an ambitious new Funding Strategy, we are now recruiting a Head of Fundraising to lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a senior role, reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Management Team, with responsibility for building a high-performing fundraising function with a particular focus on corporate partnerships, individual giving, and major/philanthropic donors.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving income diversification, increasing unrestricted funding, and supporting the launch and growth of innovative initiatives such as our Social Grocery project.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a fundraising programme with real regional impact, helping to ensure Mid-West Simon can continue to respond to rising homelessness while building long-term sustainability.
This role will be a key driver of Mid-West Simon's ambition to increase non-government and unrestricted income over the coming years.
